Mirae is a tool for visibility, organization, and recovery guidance. This page explains important limits so expectations remain clear.
Independent from Google
Mirae is an independent product from Avaura LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Google. Google and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC, referenced only to describe interoperability.
Google controls final outcomes
Google controls Merchant Center review, approval, serving, visibility, policy enforcement, ranking, and timing. Mirae cannot guarantee approval, reinstatement, review speed, ranking, sales, or revenue recovery.
AI-assisted output
Mirae may use AI-assisted guidance. AI output can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on incomplete source data. You should review recommendations and use your own judgment before acting.
Source status and delays
Mirae displays and summarizes information from connected systems. If Google, a feed, landing page, API, or other source is delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed, Mirae may show a delayed or limited view and should not be treated as the final platform authority.
No professional advice
Mirae provides operational guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
