Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Mirae, a Google Merchant Center recovery application from Avaura LLC. By creating an account, using Mirae, purchasing a subscription, or connecting a Google Merchant Center account, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Mirae does
Mirae connects to a Google Merchant Center account with your explicit authorization, reads catalog and issue status, organizes recovery work, provides AI-assisted guidance, records recovery activity, and helps track what remains pending. Mirae is designed to reflect the status reported by the connected platform and not fabricate approval, serving, or revenue outcomes.
2. Your account and authority
You are responsible for your account credentials, account activity, and the accuracy of information you provide. You represent that you have the right to connect and use the Merchant Center account you authorize. If you connect an account for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Google authorization and scope
Mirae uses Google OAuth for connection. The Google consent screen describes the access requested at the time of connection. Mirae is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Google. You may revoke access through Google or Mirae. Revoking access may limit or stop scans, monitoring, issue visibility, and recovery guidance that depends on current Merchant Center data.
4. User actions and Merchant Center responsibility
Mirae may guide you to review, update, submit, or complete steps inside Google Merchant Center or related systems. You remain responsible for reviewing guidance, making final decisions, completing actions in Merchant Center, and complying with Google policies and applicable law. Mirae cannot perform or guarantee every action required by Google.
5. AI-assisted guidance
Mirae uses software and AI-assisted systems to summarize scan data, explain issues, and suggest recovery steps. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on incomplete source data. You should review guidance before acting, especially for policy, legal, tax, financial, or business-critical decisions.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Mirae provides visibility, organization, and guidance. Google and other third parties control approval, review timing, serving, visibility, ranking, and policy enforcement. Mirae does not guarantee product approval, account reinstatement, traffic, sales, revenue recovery, or any specific business result.
7. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid features are billed through Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel from your account or through support. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Avaura LLC. Disputes, chargebacks, billing exceptions, and refund exceptions require human review and may be documented for audit, payment processor, and legal purposes.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Mirae, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, submit malicious content, or use Mirae to violate Google policies or applicable law.
9. Third-party services
Mirae depends on third-party services such as Google, Stripe, hosting, authentication, database, email, and AI providers. Their availability, policies, and behavior may affect Mirae. Avaura LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, policy changes, or platform results outside its control.
10. Service availability and changes
Mirae may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves, to maintain security, to comply with third-party requirements, or to protect the service. We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes when appropriate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avaura LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including losses related to product visibility, sales, platform review timing, account status, or third-party decisions. Mirae is provided for operational guidance and visibility, not guaranteed business outcomes.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Avaura LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Mirae, violation of these Terms, violation of law or third-party policies, or unauthorized connection or use of a Merchant Center account.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Support or Contact pages.
