Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Mirae collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. Mirae is built around least access and explicit consent.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, profile information, subscription status, support messages, billing references, consent records, recovery activity, scan history, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Consent and support records may include timestamps, request details, account identifiers, IP address, user agent, and related metadata when needed to verify consent, respond to requests, resolve disputes, or protect the service.
Google and Merchant Center data
With your authorization, Mirae reads Merchant Center account, catalog, scan, product issue, and status information needed to provide the service. Mirae uses information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized Merchant Center accounts, display scan and issue status, provide recovery guidance, record receipts and recovery activity, process billing, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
AI and recovery activity
Mirae may use AI-assisted systems to summarize issue context and generate guidance. Recovery activity is stored in structured form so the app can resume work by category, product, issue group, receipt, or pending verification state. It is not intended to create a general-purpose personal chat archive.
No sale or advertising use
We do not sell personal data or Merchant Center data. We do not use Merchant Center data for advertising profiles or to train advertising models. We do not share Google user data except as needed to provide and secure the service, comply with law, or process requests you make.
Processors and third-party services
Mirae may use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics or diagnostics, security, and AI processing. These providers may process data only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve Mirae.
Storage, security, and access
Authorization tokens and sensitive records are stored server-side. Access is scoped by user and merchant account. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can revoke Google access through Google or Mirae, cancel your subscription, contact support, and request deletion of account data. Revocation stops future reads but does not automatically erase records that must be retained for legal, billing, security, dispute, audit, or operational reasons.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Mirae, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and secure the service. Deletion, dispute, chargeback, security, and legal requests may be retained as audit records when needed to prove what was requested, reviewed, or completed. Deletion requests are handled subject to lawful retention needs.
Children
Mirae is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Do not use Mirae if you are not legally able to enter into these terms or authorize the relevant business account.
Contact
Privacy requests may be submitted through the Support or Contact pages.
