Core services

• Cloudflare: application requests, hosting, stateful coordination, security diagnostics, and transcription when dictation is enabled. Provider privacy information.
• Supabase: account authentication and authoritative business, consent, approval, billing-reference, and support records. Provider privacy information.
• Fastmail: authentication-email delivery and support correspondence, including sender, recipient, message content, and reply-thread references. Provider privacy information.

Optional and conditional services

• Stripe: direct payment processing and billing management when enabled. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not entered into an Avaura support conversation. Provider privacy information.

Platforms you authorize

Shopify supplies the commerce data and access covered by the permissions you grant, and Shopify billing where applicable. WooCommerce runs on your chosen store host and supplies the authorized WooCommerce API. These are merchant-authorized platforms, not a claim that Avaura operates Shopify or your WooCommerce host. Sign-in providers, when configured, authenticate through Supabase; they are separate from permission to change a store.
